Advertisements may be invalid
if the aircraft is no longer for sale, or if the ad shows an incorrect airplane
description or is invalid otherwise.
Sometimes when a deal is pending,
the seller may be reluctant to remove the advertisement prematurely, as the buyer
may back off at the last moment. We regard this as a legitimate attitude, and
we want to give sellers some room to allow for buyer withdrawals.
